I am Dr. Eboni M. Caridine (Dr. Eb), a native of Illinois and the Founder and Chief Executive
Officer of EMC Consulting, Inc. As an experienced educator and business management
consultant, I have taught first-year students through doctoral students and have helped several
non-profits and businesses flourish.

 

Currently, I am the Director of Operations for City Impact in Lincoln, Nebraska, and a Professor
at Southern New Hampshire University. Through these positions, I have combined my love for
education with uplifting my community and found my happy place!

I have a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, a Master of
Education from the University of Illinois at Chicago, a Master of Management from Robert
Morris University in Chicago, and a Ph.D. from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. My
passion includes working with small business owners, advocating for youth, helping members of
my community gain access to resources, and racial equality and equity in education.
